Check inventory

Inventory lists the contents and condition of the flat or house when you move in. This is an important document, because it will be used as a measure of whether the place is "in the same condition" when you leave. You should go through the inventory with your owner and agent if your are working with, so you are both agreed at the start about the condition of the home.
